Hey y’all. 👋🏻
Just a little warning – I’m coming in hot this Thursday morning, so get ready.
Here it is:
I feel like the majority of time spent here on earth is us aimlessly walking around waiting to see what God will do next – for us.
Waiting, hoping, and praying for OUR will.
We are a society fixated on self.
When in all actuality, He’s done enough. He’s done more than enough. And He did it on an old rugged cross.
Instead of walking around waiting on God to do something for us – we need to be walking around wondering what we can do for Him.
And then we need to do.
We need to act.
We need to move.
Waiting, hoping, and praying for HIS will.
There’s a much bigger picture here, y’all. This – this thing is so much bigger than little ol’ me or little ol’ you. Refuse to stay stuck inside a box of conformity to this world. Refuse to focus on self just because that’s what the world preaches.
Jesus doesn’t preach self.
Jesus preaches sacrifice.
That’s what it takes to be Kingdom-minded.
What will we sacrifice today, and tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day to point others toward Jesus?
What?
And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. Luke 9: 23-24
